Zo heb je meer tijd om je grenzen te verkennen en te verleggen. Je gebruikt je lijf niet om in een houding te komen, maar je gebruikt de houding om je lijf beter te voelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Yin yoga is een meditatieve vorm van yoga. Tijdens het aanhouden van de asana\u2019s ga je met je aandacht naar binnen. Zo kun je erkennen en herkennen wat er diep van binnen in je leeft. De les is juist zo lekker doordat je even niet heel intensief hoeft te bewegen, maar juist de tijd kunt nemen voor je lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">De meeste Yin yoga beoefenaars genieten van de rust die ze ervaren tijdens een les. Doordat de poses langere tijd aangehouden worden krijg je de kans om op je eigen tempo in de houding te komen. Hierdoor kun je je lichaam beter aanvoelen en observeren tijdens de oefening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Niet alleen fysiek gezien kan Yin yoga veel voor je betekenen, maar ook op emotioneel vlak kan het je enorm helpen. Tijdens de asana\u2019s heb je namelijk de ruimte om gedachten en gevoelens te observeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Bij de Yin yoga maken we veelvuldig gebruik van \u2018hulpmiddelen\u2019 om het lichaam in optimale ontspanning te kunnen brengen.
